1. What is the difference between the Small vs Medium Dog Ramp?

Our Small Dog Ramps and Medium Dog Ramps are identical with one exception: the Medium Dog Ramp is a little wider than the Small Dog Ramp to allow for a wider gait, larger dog, more comfort room in the climb. The Small Dog Ramp measures 285mm wide whereas the Medium Dog Ramp measures 335mm wide.

2. What is the difference between the Standard vs Premium Dog Ramp?

The Standard ramp has full timber side panels. The Premium ramp has cut out silhouettes on both side panels.

3. What dog silhouettes do you have available?

When you purchase a Premium Dog Ramp we include the personalisation of your breed cut out into both side panels. Please specify your dog’s breed and we will match it. We always send a silhouette to you to check over before going into production, that way you will know what cut out to expect and we can be sure of the match.

4. What if I have two breeds of dogs. Can I have two silhouettes?

We are happy to chat to you about alternate options to suit. Working with hand tools the silhouette does need to be fairly simple, so that does mean lettering or tight corners are unsuitable, but a big juicy bone or paw prints could be a great option. Alternatively you may like to place a different dog cut out on each side!

5. Is the timber treated, painted or varnished?

No, we use untreated timber on all of our Dog Ramps. We have chosen to use untreated timber to ensure that if a little person or dog decides to chew on a corner, there is no worry of chemicals in the paint etc.

6. I would love a Dog Ramp but I need a special size - can you help?

We are happy to discuss any customisations and quote accordingly.

7. Does the Dog Ramp remain stationary on a polished wooden floor?

The castor wheels are fixed inside our Dog Ramps and they are positioned off the ground. This means that when the ramp is in place the wheels do not touch the ground. The wheels are only engaged by tipping the ramp up in order to move it to a new location. The weight of the ramp means that it is stable and secure when stationary. If you are worried about any small movement we recommend popping a set of small rubber spots under the base of the ramp (available at hardware stores).

8. Do you offer shipping throughout New Zealand?

We can offer shipping throughout New Zealand, but courier costs are at the customer’s expense. Let us know where you need your ramp sent and we will happily provide a quote.

9. Do you offer shipping to countries outside New Zealand?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to offer shipping outside New Zealand.

10. Can I collect my Dog Ramp to save on courier costs?

Absolutely! We are located at a beautiful farm just north of Auckland and happy for you to collect your ramp if that works for you! But - Poppy loves to meet all her new friends in person, so bringing your sweetheart with you to collect your ramp is an absolute must!
